  1. Print waybill, fold in half and attach to your parcel
  2. Drop off at your nearest Maritime Bus location (Agent will verify your parcel’s weight at time of drop off)

This portal can be used to:

  1. Generate the packing slip for your shipment so you can quickly ‘drop-off and go’ upon arriving at the Maritime Bus Station
  2. AND/OR
  3. Calulate the price of your shipment in advance of going to to the Maritime Bus station to send your parcel (Complete Steps 1 & 2 only)

Additional Info

This portal does not include options for Prepaid Express packs, the ability to pay with Collect, or to add additional pickup/ delivery. Please go see a Maritime Bus Customer Service Representative at your nearest station to access these options.

Step 1:

Enter all requested info related to your shipment.

Important note

The customer MUST enter the exact weight and dimensions of each individual piece and this MUST be verified at time of drop-off. There will be a charge for an underweight parcel at time of drop-off if the weight is different. All customers must have a scale and a measuring tape for accuracy.

Step 2:

Review your order.

This is the cost of your shipment whether you complete the transaction on the portal or have the transaction processed at your nearest station.

Step 3:

Pay for your order via credit card.

Step 4:

Print waybill, fold in half, and attach to your parcel.

If you don’t have printer access, provide the 8-character Transaction ID to the Maritime Bus station you’re dropping the shipment off at. The Maritime Bus Customer Service Representative will retrieve the waybill and print it off on-site.

Step 5:
